The Owners’ Club complex is a great place for families to spend time. Available for all property owners and their guests, the Owners’ Club is packed with entertainment for the entire family and features the following amenities:

Game Room

The game room features pool tables, ping-pong, foosball, bumper pool, and board game tables. A video game room has been added to offer additional recreation activities.

Lounge

This room features a small library and kitchenette for your use. This room is available to rent throughout the year. Contact the Recreation and Activities Coordinator at 777-8272 to make your reservations.

Gymnasium

The gym features a basketball court and there is also a volleyball net available.

Snack Bar

Open from Memorial Day through Labor Day, the snack bar features sandwiches, French fries, popcorn, nachos, pizza, etc.

Swimming Pool

The swimming pool offers a wading pool for the smallest of guests. The main pool features both a shallow end and a deep end with a diving board. Our smallest guests are required to wear swimming diapers, which will be provided at no charge.

Pool deck

We have a large deck area which is divided into two areas. One area is designated for eating, drinking and smoking. The other area is near the pool in which all of those activities are prohibited.

Locker Rooms

There are locker rooms featuring rest rooms, lockers (bring your own lock), and shower facilities.

Tennis Courts

There are two courts; reservations are required. For property owners and their guests only. Call the office at 777-2000 to make your reservations. Use is limited to two hours per family per day.

Playground Equipment

This playground is suitable for children of all ages.

Fitness Center

The fitness center features treadmills, ellipticals, weight machines, exercise bikes and dumbbells. Due to the nature of this facility, specific rules are in effect and a daily use fee may be charged. Please contact the Recreation and Activities Department at 815-777-8272 for current operating regulations.

Arts and Crafts Room

We now have an arts and crafts room available for use by groups of members with shared interests. Contact the Recreation and Activities Department to check availability.

Social Hall

The Social Hall is located in the upper level of the Owners’ Club and is available for private rentals as well as Association events. This large space can be divided into three separate sections to accommodate events of any size. If you are interested in reserving this facility, please contact the Recreation and Activities Department at 777-8272.
